Asian Indians in the United States

Indian-Americans want to succeed and will generally follow the crowd. American-born Indians have the lowest intermarriage rate among all Asians (Korean-Americans* are at the other end of the spectrum and out-marry at the highest rate). Indians are generally very aggressively upwards mobile, very adept at social networking compared to the teutonic Germans, introvert Chinese, Jp ….., so they tend to rise faster up the career ladder. Their fluency in English is another advantage. Secondly, Indian managers are notorious for their tribalism, once they secured the top position, they tend to hire their own clans to replace the locals.
